About

About the What The Buck Show:
What the Buck is the most popular entertainment show on YouTube. There are several original episodes posted each week covering important topics such as Britney’s Beaver and Tyra’s Latest Weave. What the Buck has over 600,000 subscribers (one of the most subscribed channels of ALL TIME), 200 million views and is one of the top rated shows on all of YouTube. He occasionally covers sports and politics but would much rather talk about what happened on The Hills. Please subscribe on YouTube too!

About Michael Buckley:
Michael Buckley is the host/writer/producer of the What the Buck Show. Whether accusing Demi and Selena of hacking Miley’s iPhone or telling Madonna to pluck her daughters eyebrow, he is not afraid to tell stars to go Buck themselves. He also does a great Terri Seymour impression, knows how to fix American Idol and likes to show his naked knees! Do you love it? He hates most entertainment news shows too!. He is also the host of Minisode Maniac produced by Sony Pictures Television and does live shows on BlogTV.

In 2007, he won the YouTube award for Best Commentary. In 2008, he was one of the NewTeeVee Breakout Stars of the Year. In December of 2008, he was featured on the front page of the New York Times and made several TV appearances to discuss his success and the YouTube Partnership Program. He has appeared on CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, FoxNews, the CW, BloombergTV, and E!

In real life, he enjoys going to Broadway shows, Diet Dr. Pepper, French Toast, whitening his teeth (waiting for Crest White Strips to call!) and hanging out with his four small dogs. Michael was a very strange child who grew up to be a very strange adult. He had a subscription to TV Guide at the age of five and was devastated to find out that Julie and Barbara were not really sisters on One Day at a Time. His early years were spent acting like Batman or Wonder Woman (on a good day) and he also liked to pretend he was all three Charlie’s Angels and make up fake cases about his neighbors and go look for clues. Needless to say, he has an active imagination. He also read The Secret and it worked! Bam!

Below are Michael Buckley’s appearences on CNN and CBS Evening News:

“The breathless gossip vlogger who will replace us all.” Gawker.com

“…popspeak in intelligent and often self-deprecating wit, thus appealing to both the celeb fanatics and the black rim-glasses set.” The Hollywood Reporter
