Here is my American Idol Top 3 recap!
You may have seen it LIVE on BlogTV! I will be doing my final two recap live tomorrow after the show!
I love when Idol is over! It feels like my week is much more open! I didn’t get great material out of it this year but I tried! Sorry for the chroma blue shirt! Hot!

I dont like to argue you wrong Michael, but I know if you look back, when it was week two on Idol, boys still compiting against boys, you called David Archuleta to win the whole thing. you said, and I quote “He will win, week two I’m calling it, he is in a diffrent leaugue”
Then maybe about 5 shows ago you called David vs. David.
just a reminder, you did say that back when you used to call Effie, the REAL DAVID (your fav.)

i just think cook’s song would make a better first single. something upbeat, fun and radio friendly to get people to like you more and play the song more. Archuleta’s performance and song were very good

Maybe Simon is trying a new tactic. If he is negative enough to Cook maybe there will be a backlash and more people will vote for him.

I think David Archuleta really brought it tonight. Laid it all out on the floor–heart, soul, and exquisite voice. He was spectacular! Even Cook was applauding him at the end.
I loved all three songs. I was a little worried about “Imagine” coz how can you improve on perfection? I should never have doubted him, though. It was so different and yet just as incredible. The more I listen to it, the more I love it.
Michael Johns was interviewed after the show and was asked what he thought of David A’s performance. He said, “Are you kidding? He’s 17 years old! Doing what he just did?! I don’t care if you’re 50 years old. What a talent that kid is!”
Carly said of David, “He is a wonderful, wonderful kid!! I believe that Salt Lake City is a really cool place to be from. Everybody’s like super nice. All of his friends that have come, they’re just all really good people and just really nice. His family is lovely.”
A reporter who was there said that before the show they asked the audience who they liked and Cook’s contingent was much louder. But, by the end of the show, David A. had really won them over. The standing O’s for him were a LOT more enthusiastic. You can really hear the crowd roar when he sings.
Thank God in heaven they gave them the monitors back. That had me worried. I think David Archuleta deserves the win in spades after his performance last night. Only time will tell, though. Whatever the result at Idol, his star is rising. This kid is something new in the world. He’s gonna be HUGE!

OK, here’s my response to your YouTube post….
Yes ANTM could be rigged, and no I don’t think it has much of an impact. It’s kind of like how little effect the American Idol winners have on music.
TV shows for you: You have to give LOST another chance! It’s seriously (in my opinion of course) THE BEST TV SHOW EVER! I know coming into it at this point can be overwhelming. So you have to start with the pilot. Sit yourself down with the DVD (or iTunes) seasons (1, 2, 3, 4 is only on iTunes) for several marathon weekends. All you have to do is watch the pilot or first few episodes and you WILL be hooked in no time. DIFY!… do it for you! I totally just made that up! : )
American Idol, I agreed with you before. This should be the last one. You’d think by now they would be less cheesy! WTH!

I have a feeling you won’t go for LOST, so here’s some other choices:
The Real World Hollywood: SAMO, everyones partnering up with their own roommates like dumbasses. Some of them just don’t get IT! I keep watching for some reason though. I guess I just like to watch pretty, but stupid people.
This is a really weird one, but I love Ax Men on the History Channel! They follow logging crews in Oregon. It’s pretty interesting, and they turned it into a competition between the loggers. I never miss an episode.
Last but not least, I LOVE Rob & Big. The second season just ended, but it’s SO damn funny! SDF?! Love it! Their dog Meaty could have a show of his own. I’m sure MTV will repeat the hell out of it, since it seems like it may be the last season.
