Dear CW- Please make Brenda Walsh a Sitcom Star Lesbian Who Watches What the Buck! SIGN HERE!
Dear CW,
We are writing to you today in enthusiastic support of the rumored casting of Shannen Doherty on the new Beverly Hills 90210.
We know that Ms. Doherty has been a difficult in the past but I don’t know if you have seen her on Breaking Up with Shannen Doherty, but she is a changed woman. A problem solver- not a problem maker!
Specifically, we would like to see her character Brenda Walsh as a successful sitcom actress. Please do not cast her as a drama teacher at West Beverly or we will call for a boycott of the show.
The show will have enough drama with the new kids being drunks and whores, so let’s keep the Brenda storyline light and fun!
Also, we would enjoy seeing Brenda as a lesbian. It may not have worked out with Dylan but that doesn’t mean it will not work out with Kelly Taylor. Perhaps you have considered this? It is a great idea! You are welcome.
Finally, we would like to see the You Tube show “What the Buck” written into the show as a plot device for Brenda. In the way that celebs check the gossip blogs to see if they are on them, Brenda can log onto You Tube and see what Buck is saying about her and hersitcom! Ugly Betty does something like this was a fake fashion show- but you would utilizing a You Tube show that has millions of views so it would be good publicity for the new 90210!

I don’t see how the CW could do anything else! They need the publicity, and last I saw, Buck had more viewers than the CW had in all of last year. If he’s offering they HAVE to take it, or admit corporate negligence!
Besides! Everyone knows that being a TV lesbian is a great way to revamp a career. Just ask Jennifer Grey, Ali Sheedy, and Anne Heche!

I am more than for this idea. I can’t even explain how awesome it would be. Seriously, this guy has a bigger fan base than most actors, and he is so funny and has such personality that he would be become an instant star (more so than he is now) if he was given just a little television exposure. I can’t see any reasonable reason not to take Buck. He is almost too good for it. Buck is an internet star, and he has the skills to transfer over. Love the show Buck!

CW, you usually suck with decision making so here i am to tell you this is actually a great idea. this would attract viewers of 90210 to watch WTB and viewers of WTB to watch 90210 and also a great revolutionary idea. since everyone is pretty much global this a way to attract young people who feel they are just like the characters in the show. Hopefully you will think about this thoroughly.

i was not going to watch the new 90210 because in general it is tacky to redo a show w/ new cast, and also in general it’s never magical (see saved by the bell).
HOWEVER, w/ the news that brenda is coming back (i didn’t really care for kelly’s comeback), i will definitely be tuning in. it’s my opinion that you NEED the support of old 90210 fans and whatthebuck’s fans to help ratings when EVERYONE is watching tv less and less and turning to the internet more.
PUT MICHAEL BUCKLEY IN, and approach tiffani theissen & luke perry w/ a good offer if you haven’t already.

I love the ideas!! I don’t care which sexual orientation Brenda is as long as she’s finally happy!! I’ve been forced to watch a few of those awful CW shows and I hate them…Just bloody awful…But, if Brenda’s on the show, you can count on me watching! And Buck’s idea’s are fun and funny! Buck has so many great ideas that would give the new 90210 the drama and scandal that made the old one so good! And just think, if Buck was given a guest spot, it could potentially expand your audience, because it would make the big demographic that Buck has more interested in the show…because he’s on it. This is a great idea for many reasons.
I think the most important reason (the reason that would get you the highest ratings and a whole other generation watching the show) is if Michael Buckley’s show is mentioned in it or his catchphrase “What the Buck” is involved with the show. The “YouTube generation” would get the reference and possibly watch the show for that reason.
Also, Michael Buckley guest starring would be one of the most watched episodes ever. Please give this your consideration.

Willow became a lesbian-witch on Buffy. Best character development ever. And Shannen’s already been a witch on Charmed and I don’t know a lesbian in Beverly Hills that isn’t watching WhatTheBuck on Youtube.

I think that this is a idea that’s worth considering. Seeing that Buck has a strong fan base in YouTube that would tune in to watch 90210 if there would be references to his show.

I love it! I would totally tune in to 90210 if they were to promote Buck! (And the lesbian thing is just too funny. :D)
So CW, make it happen! Buck is one of the most popular people on Youtube, and Youtube is the third most visited site (alexa.com) so not only would it be good for Buck, it works out great for you guys, too! Yay CW and Buck!! =]
