Thin And Annoying!
By Buck on May 28, 2008 in Buck Cam
Should I keep clothes that don’t even fit?! Do you have anything you know will not fit ever again but you keep it.
These are $7.00 shirts too- it’s not like it is a great loss!
Happy Hump Day ( I never say that!)
Live show tonight 10pm eastern time! YAY!

My motto: If I haven’t used it in a year, give it to someone who needs it.

BUCK, WE WEIGH THE SAME…except I’m 6′2 1/2. My metabolism is crazy.
I like the pink one, very hot
I can’t seem to gain weight. I am so structured and everyday I have a muffin for breakfast, soup and chikcen salad for lunch, some meat like chicken, steak or maybe pasta for dinner and before bed…this is the part which tells you I should weigh more, right before bed I have a bagel with creme cheese and a huge bowl of ice cream. I’m talking like 5 huge scoops. And I just can’t seem to gain weight
My dad said he was like me as a kid and now he’s 215 so he says it’s coming
dbozsoccerplayer reply on May 28, 2008:
Right, forgot to answer the question
Um, the majority of my stuff goes to my brother who is two years younger (but 30 pounds more so doesn’t always work like that) and if not we just give it to something like the red cross. I have only kept one thing but I still use it even though they are short
I bought these shorts in 2000 when I was in grade 7 and was 5′0 and 90 pounds. And 8 years later when I’m 6′2 1/2 and 153 pounds I still wear them. They go to like an inch or two above my knee but it is good for soccer
Shut up Daniel, no one wants to read all this
See you tonight
lchildre reply on May 28, 2008:
LOL daniel, I think the same thing sometimes when I post comments.

LOL, I can totally relate to what you are saying.
You also reminded me of an episode of will & grace where will is wearing I think american eagle also and grace tells him not to haha.
OMG I cannot believe that those shirts would fit my son!!! I was LMAO and actually had to pause the video to tell hubby that haha. He’s 6!! wow. That’s great that you are skinny and I do agree with you that it can become an obsession, about 2 years ago I weighed close to 200lbs, (I’m 5′2) and now I’m at 135 or something. soo I do understand.
I kept a pair of my “skinny pants” (which I can fit into again, my weight can flux like crazy) Like Miranda did in sex in the city but I do get rid of clothes that don’t fit and buy new..my closet only has so much space haha.
Love ya and thanks for sharing, I love these videos so much. xoxoxo Liana

I do keep stuff I can’t fit into and will never fit into again. I guess I have a little hope that I will. Every once and a while I get sick of it and toss some of it.
Buck…love the mug in this video. Where did you get them?

You’re thin, even for “a gay.” There’s thin and then there’s gay-thin. I learned that from watching Will and Grace. Once again, Must See TV has enlightened me.
Give it to the Goodwill before it goes out of style. Let some kid get some use out if it. What a find!
I’m 40 something. I wear American Eagle, Old Navy, Sketchers on my feet, etc. I look damn good.
Hello? What I’m I supposed to wear? Should I go get some polyester stretch pants at Walmart because I turned 40? Hell no! I don’t sport the adolescent deisgns, but there is modest stuff from those places that I can wear without looking like I’m desparate to be in my 20s again. Which I ain’t. However, I don’t get anything from Hot Topic anymore. THAT would be sad.

All of my jeans are too big because I’m now taller and I weigh less. Then my stepmom got me new jeans in the same, big size.
mynameisnotmaddie reply on May 29, 2008:
The video didn’t show up for me at first because of my stupid fire wall so now that I see it, I have some other comments.
I don’t shop at Americain Eagle or Hollister; that’s wear the preps shop. I’m more of a nerd (nerdfighters FTW!) I wear stuff from www.thinkgeek.com and threadless.com, mainly cause I don’t like plain shirts as much as I like T-shirts with jokes on them. On Think Geek there was a shirt called Pluto Replies and even though it was only in men sizes (I’m a girl) I got it in small anyway because I thought it was so funny.
Those shirts only look too small because their short. I like my shirts a little longer, but some shirts I got from Threadless recently were longer that I would have liked, and kinda baggy. I think it’s because they changed the stlye of the shirts and I just got the size I was used to getting without checking for any new sizing charts.
If you happened to like shirts with designs on them, Threadless.com is a super great place for that. People can post their own designs or slogans and if they get rated high enough they get turned into a shirt. There are some funny designs and some designs that are just cool. Lots of people who design and buy from that site are like 30-40, at least that I’ve seen.

I think you look great now. You look very healthy. A few weeks ago, I was going through some of your old videos and I thought “wow, his face looks so different.” I’m not saying you looked bad then it’s just you look right now. I do try to get rid of clothes that are too big or too small. Mainly cause if you are looking at something that is a size smaller then you stress about wanting to get into it. And then the focus switches from doing healthy things to doing what you can to losing weight. I go from happy to frustated about my body. But I keep trying to tell myself that all that matters is that I am healthy and doing things to keep me that way and happy!

P.S
Goodwill is a great place to give when you are cleaning out your closet. But we have a place here called Hannah Home and they come by every so often and pick up donations. Or you can call them to come pick it up. It’s great. Cause I know so maybe people who have tons of stuff to donate but don’t cause of time. This leave no excuse..just put if by the curb!

My problems the opposite, I’ve lost weight, so now all my clothes are too big, but I don’t want to go buy a whole new wardrobe lol, but I will.
Happy Hump Day, Buck![My friend always says that to me, and I never got why it was humo day until like a few weeks ago. I felt incredibly stupid lol]

I gain and lose weight constantly so it’s hard for to get rid of clothes because I may end up fitting into them eventually. I have kept a lot of my clothes. If I know there’s NO chance of me fitting into it again, I’ll give it to someone who needs it unless it’s something special that someone gave to me.

I am actually really good at giving away clothes! I am happy with my body the way it is!

Donate the freakin’ shirts! I purge my clothes closet every Spring - if I haven’t worn it since the previous Spring, out it goes (even if it still has tags on it). Don’t forget to get a receipt for taxes.
I liked the sage shirt (henley?) that you wore recently… the one that needed ironing. Despite the wrinkles, it looked good on you - a very comfortable, soft, relaxed look.
Losing weight is empowering - as long as it doesn’t turn into an eating disorder. All things in moderation, eh?
You look good, Buck - I don’t even think you need to lose 5# - you’re very “camera friendly” as you are.

Blah, must be darn good to be at your ideal weight- you look really good Buck

None of my clothes fits me =P
I buy clothes that are a bit big so they last longer and I use it until it is too worn out to wear
Right now my jeans are all torn and messed up at the bottom

I keep clothes that don’t fit because I want to be thin again. Right now I am 5′4 inches tall and weigh 230 lbs.
Jamie reply on May 28, 2008:
you can do it..just dance your but off anytime Buck plays Pullshapes! LOL, j/k! Seriously though. I made a decision a while back to get healthy. Once you start doing things to be healthy the weight comes off. And then you will find that your body will maintain. It’s just about making better choices. Like, I don’t eat potato chips anymore…I now eat Sunchips and veggie crisps( Flatearth..Farmland Chedder). I also make sure I eat veggie everyday. Sometimes I fall short but I keep my focus on being healthy and happy…not being a size 2! Good Luck!!

Dude if your 5′10 your ideal weight shouldn’t be 150 lbs it should be more like closer to 160 to 165 pounds. You seem to think a few extra pounds are bad for you. There is such a thing as to skinny.
Jamie reply on May 31, 2008:
I think Buck looks great. And it’s all about were a person is happy..as long as it’s healthy. We all think differently. And if Buck feels good at 150 then that’s what he should try to stay. Different folks different strokes!
Jammers | May 31, 2008 | Reply
Haha, I’m terrible at giving away/throwing away clothes, even if they will literally never fit me again. You look good and healthy at that weight though Buck.
